I've been reading the whole series. I got them for Christmas.I love the show True blood so I had to read the books and found by book three the show and the books started to diverge from each other, which is not a bad thing. Most of the time you hear me say the book was better then the movie, but in this case I think I prefer the show. The books are only from Sookie's point of view which really limits the story compared to the show, which follows all the main characters points of view. I'm still enjoying the books and will read the rest of the series, however, I am hoping it gets better. I'm hoping for a bigger plot arch tying everything together with an awesome bow. I hope I'm not disappointed. Although Sookie gets into all kinds of trouble with the supernatural, right now I feel that the plots just aren't big enough for me.
